Strategy, Planning & Performance Support Officer:

Salary: 6 (£28,762 - £34,308 p.a. depending on experience)


This role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner.

We are seeking to appoint a Strategy, Planning & Performance Support Officer to play a critical role in supporting the adoption and effective delivery of the University's annual planning process and supporting monitoring and review of the University strategy.


The Strategy, Planning & Performance Support Officer will be responsible for supporting delivery for the effective review and management of the University strategy by co-ordinating the key strategic planning and performance reviews.

The post holder will also be responsible ensuring effective delivery of planning and performance reviews processes, ensuring that all of the conditions are created for effective review and delivery of strategic performance.

They will also be responsible for coordinating the activities of the team and providing support to members of the team in the delivery of their roles.
