The Team is responsible for conducting Financial Crime Risk Assessments in compliance with applicable obligations to deliver assessment of Deutsche Bank's exposure to financial crime risk types.

You will be involved in implementing and executing processes, systems, and data to facilitate appropriately tailored risk reporting meeting the requirements of regulators and the risk management of the Bank.

Your key responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to the requirements of the methodology, including approval for AFC Risk Assessment arrangements (policy/procedures)
  • Manage consultation process with regards to risk assessment content (assessment unit structure, data capture requirements) and output (reporting, data provision, action planning) across the 1st and 2nd lines of defence
  • Identify Information Technology (IT) platform requirements and ensure adequacy of nominated systems
  • Lead the core risk assessment team, be responsible for their daytoday duties and related prioritisation of tasks
  • Ensure project planning and governance protocols are observed and appropriately documented

Your skills and experience

  • Demonstrable experience of driving and influencing change in global crossfunctional initiatives (Business, Technology, Legal)
  • Proven track record of building/ leading highperforming global teams. Experience of identifying, developing, and retaining future leaders within a large/complex global organisation
  • Proven track record of developing and communicating a sound strategy that addresses both shortterm commitments and longerterm strategic objectives
  • Excellent senior stakeholder management skills, ability to build constructive partnerships with diverse stakeholders and challenge where required
  • Educated to Bachelor/Master's degree equivalent qualification/work experience in business administration and/or law/ finance
