Description

We are seeking Production Coordinators to join our team of talented team, working across our feature and episodic productions in our Animation division.

As a production coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating a department and providing assistance to the Producer of an animated series.

Responsibilities:

At each stage of the production, ensure coordination materials related to production workflow, which includes but is not limited to: Script coordination and preparation of fine cut scripts, coordination of assets, storyboards, animatics, animation, lighting and/or compositing, entering and checking status of shots and assigning work on Shotgun.
Schedule the tasks or activities of the assigned department, making sure that shots or asset tasks are completed within the budgeted time frames.
Keep track of day budget to assure budget and schedule are respected.
Flag up and escalate to producer any production issues which may affect day budget or production deadlines.
Act as a liaison for all activities relating to assigned production(s)
Provide administrative support to the producer, and the production in general
Create and/or maintain various production schedules as directed by Producer
Maintain distribution and contact lists

What we're looking for
***:

A minimum of 1 year of production coordinating experience or 2 years at a production assistant level
Excellent English language skills both verbal and written
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Strong computer knowledge; knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and Shotgun essential
Ability to organize, prioritize and follow through in a multitasking environment
Strong understanding of the production process

Nice-to-have:

Excellent time management skills and strong work ethic
Strong written/verbal communication skills.
A cando attitude and someone who enjoys problem solving.
