Sadly our telesales person is leaving us after 11 years. She has built a great Customer Relationship Management database and we now need someone to nurture and grow it.

We are a small family owned contract cleaning business working mainly in the education sector but we are looking to expand into other disciplines.

We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional who will find new customers through telesales, e-shotsand tendering activity. You will be able to demonstrate a background in successful sales.

You must be a self starter and although the role is office based in Woking, you will be able to work independently.

Duties will include:

• Managing and growing the existing CRM database
• Monitoring the various tender websites
• Building a sustainable pipeline of opportunities
• Working closely with the Operations team to exploit opportunities close to existing contracts

The role is part time, 2 or 3 days a week, up to 15 hours a week, and would suit a semi retired person or a parent with school age children responsibilities.

The salary is £15-£20 per hour depending on experience plus significant bonuses for winning new contracts (£500+ per month)
