A superb opportunity has arisen for an Area Mortgage Manager to work for our clients' leading Mortgage division.

This Area Mortgage Manager role will entail covering 14 branches across Middlesex and parts of Berkshire. You will predominantly be field based. Our client is seeking someone who is an experienced Area Mortgage Manager and is proactive and self-sufficient.
This will be looking after around 8-10 mortgage advisers, expanding across a number of branches in total.

You will be required to manage your diary in such a way that caters to the requirements of all the advisers.

This will include the management of existingstaff and the recruitment of new staff.


You will be working within a fast-paced organisation, so drive and motivation are key due to generating business and leads yourself and calling clients to gain as much business as possible.

This particular patch has been one of the most profitable for thebusiness in the last 2 years.


Requirements of an Area Mortgage Manager:

  • Extensive Mortgage Experience.
  • Management experience within a mortgage environment either the whole of market or a bank.
  • Strong Track record of working in a targeted environment.
  • Leadership and Management Experience.

Salary/Package for this Area Mortgage Manager role:

  • Competitive basic salary of around £35,000
  • £50,000 (dependent on experience)
  • OTE of £75,000
