Our client a Private Finance Initiative (PFI) and asset management consultancy is seeking a highly motivated Project Support Coordinator to join their team.
In this role, you will work closely with their team of experts in contractual and commercial negotiations, facilities management, legal and capital project management and delivery.
As the Project Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the smooth and efficient running of multiple commissions, working to tight deadlines, reviewing contracts, negotiating payments, and liaising with clients.
- Assessing, challenging and presenting data on monthly contractor performance to ensure our clients receive the best service possible
- Analysing and interpreting KPIs and service standards on behalf of our clients and present the resulting data to support service delivery. You will have the ability to challenge data that is presented to you
- Assisting in the administering monthly performance reports on behalf of our client.
- Providing professional, timely, and friendly support to our clients and the internal team
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- An eye for analytical detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- An understanding of project management principles
- Experience working in a public sector environment would be advantageous, as would experience in PFI and asset management
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential, as is the ability to work independently or as part of a team
