For the further expansion of our UK team, we are looking for a person to fill the role of Sales Administrator. The purpose of the Role
  • You will play a pivotal role in our UK sales team at Cirrus Research. You will be responsible for ensuring our processes for our sales orders and payments are fulfilled, and to arrange deliveries and offer after-sales support. The Role
  • As a sales administrator, you will focus on supporting our sales teams throughout the group and be able to liaise with all departments effectively this an exciting role for anyone who wishes to gain valuable experience on a global scale.

Your primary responsibilities will be:
*General Responsibilities*- Enter Cirrus UK, Cirrus France, and Pulsar's product sales on Sage, sending appropriate documentation to customers.

  • Quote customers based on incoming online form submissions and quote requests from the UK based sales team.
  • Process Pulsar service jobs that have arrived onsite.
  • Deal with any order queries.
  • Liaise with Operations Manager to estimate lead times of orders.
  • Set up new customers on Sage, Unit Tracker and check information stored in HubSpot.
  • Credit check new customers upon request, granting appropriate credit limits. *Daily Tasks
  • Check incoming payments and process orders that they relate to.
  • Processing of Cirrus UK, Cirrus France, and Pulsar's product sales.
  • Replying to customer queries regarding orders.
  • Processing and invoicing of Pulsar Instruments service jobs.
  • Quote customers based on incoming online form submissions.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in business development/lead generation environments
  • Technical understanding and analytical thinking
  • Excellent communication skills and an initiativetaking approach to work
  • Diligence and ability to work in a team
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Proven record of being able to work remotely
