Independant Community Support Limited (ICSL) are looking for a dedicated Administrator.

Person Specification

  • Minimum of 1 years working in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good IT skills including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Demonstrable ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Able to coordinate and prioritise work effectively whilst providing excellent support to our team
  • A DBS disclosure will be required

Key Responsibility:


  • To support ICSL managers, support staff as well as service users with all administrative tasks.
  • Take minutes at meetings and transcribe accurately.
  • General administrative tasks such as typing, copying, scanning, printing, laminating etc.
  • To collect and record data, electronically or manually as required.
  • To enter relevant service user information onto electronic information system, (Unieke Care).
  • To type letters, memos, reports and team notices.
  • To set up and maintain new files for the team and service users as required.
  • To ensure the service has appropriate levels of stationery and provisions.
  • To maintain team files, telephone lists, notice boards and leaflet.
  • To deal with telephone and other general enquiries for the team.
  • Collate information from time sheets to enable payment and ensure accurate information is passed to the Accounts Department at the required time.
  • Maintain an accurate filing system for staff records, service user financial files and Home equipment.
  • Request references for all new employees, leading mandatory paperwork checks and DBS updates where appropriate.
  • Ensure all new employees receive Contract of Employment as well as complete Health and Safety induction and enrollment for all relevant training for their role.
  • Other ad hoc duties at request of ICSL Managers

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 24 per week


Salary:
£10.00-£11.00 per hour
