Person Specification
- Minimum of 1 years working in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good IT skills including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Demonstrable ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Able to coordinate and prioritise work effectively whilst providing excellent support to our team
- A DBS disclosure will be required
Key Responsibility:
- To support ICSL managers, support staff as well as service users with all administrative tasks.
- Take minutes at meetings and transcribe accurately.
- General administrative tasks such as typing, copying, scanning, printing, laminating etc.
- To collect and record data, electronically or manually as required.
- To enter relevant service user information onto electronic information system, (Unieke Care).
- To type letters, memos, reports and team notices.
- To set up and maintain new files for the team and service users as required.
- To ensure the service has appropriate levels of stationery and provisions.
- To maintain team files, telephone lists, notice boards and leaflet.
- To deal with telephone and other general enquiries for the team.
- Collate information from time sheets to enable payment and ensure accurate information is passed to the Accounts Department at the required time.
- Maintain an accurate filing system for staff records, service user financial files and Home equipment.
- Request references for all new employees, leading mandatory paperwork checks and DBS updates where appropriate.
- Ensure all new employees receive Contract of Employment as well as complete Health and Safety induction and enrollment for all relevant training for their role.
- Other ad hoc duties at request of ICSL Managers

£10.00-£11.00 per hour
