Description

Rompa has an opportunity for a highly skilled Sensory Room Designer to join our design team initially on a short term temporary basis, although this could be extended.

Primarily, this role is to liaise with our installation team when designing our Snoezelen Multi-Sensory Environments, working to tight deadlines and specific budgets.

The role will also involve using room site surveys to produce high-quality sensory room visuals.

These visuals are then required to be put into an accurate specification for manufacturing, accompanied by DXF drawing files for our CNC machinery.

The visuals are produced to help our customers visualise what their potential space could look like and also gives an opportunity for them to review and suggest any changes prior to manufacturing and installation.

Any necessary changes will be actioned by our room designers until our customer's expectations are met.

  • 3D drawing software experience (such as and/or VectorWorks)
  • Good knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Enthusiastic and highly motivated
  • Creative and forwardthinking

Rompa is an innovative business consistently producing the very best in new, state of the art products and sensory solutions.

Home of the Snoezelen, Winslow and Older Adults brands, we operate throughout the UK and offer a full installation and mail order service to a varied customer base.

We also have over 50 international partners in our portfolio making us a truly global company.
