Hours: 37.5 hours Monday to Friday Monday to Friday


On behalf of our client, an established Estate Agency with a reputation for providing a quality driven service in lettings and property sales, we have an exciting new opportunity for an individual to join the growing team.

This role would suit a Graduate who wishes to develop a career in this sector or an individual with previous experience.


You will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Lots of initiative and drive to develop/ learn/ achieve.
  • Previous experience in a client facing role is essential.
  • Ideally educated to degree level.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
  • Ability to work in an extremely busy office environment
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Experience of Lettings or Sales would be advantageous but not essential
  • Clean, current valid UK Driving License is essential.
My client is renowned for their approachable and trustworthy service. They have a broad base of clients and forge quality relationships with clients, tenants and within their team.

You will need to be who is professional, methodical and organised as well as demonstrating the ability to provide a high level of customer service in a business to business environment.

You will need to have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills as well as a great level of attention to detail.


Duties:


  • Answer general sales and lettings enquiries along with dealing with the general public calling into the office.
  • Conducting rental and sales viewings for our clients providing them with updates on the specific property. Excellent selling skills required.
  • Ability to deal with the public face to face and ability to interact with them to a professional level.
  • Advising potential purchasers on available properties, and looking for business opportunities by ways of sourcing valuations which lead to successful registrations.
  • Carry out key accompanied follow ups, and report viewer's comments to the different sales teams.
  • Ensure appointments and valuations are managed efficiently in the office diary.
  • General awareness of front office presentation and ensuring that brochures and price lists are fully up to date.
  • Upload images to website and internet.
  • Ability to work in an extremely busy office environment
and with a proactive approach, using their own initiative and without full support.

  • Ability to conduct property inspections and viewings.
  • Identify and resolve property management issues through to completion.
  • Be proactive in maintaining landlord and tenant relationships.
  • Instructing repair works and ensuring completion of works in a timely manner.
  • Management of leases and tenancy renewals.


Salary is negotiable depending on experience and there is a range of incentives and benefits which can be discussed at interview stage.
