The Role


Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the Property Support Officer will support the Facilities Manager in the day-to-day management of the Groups Global Property Portfolio.

The role holder will work collaboratively with various stakeholders throughout the business regarding Group Global Property Portfolio. The role requires a hands-on approach.


You will be a key part of the team, working within a global professional services and technology firm who pride themselves on providing the highest standards of service.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain master property lease and expenditure spreadsheets.
  • Collation of information required various projects i.e. utility tendering.
  • Work with stakeholders throughout Group on property/facilities matters.
  • Assist in the preparation / collation of annual property budget.
  • Assist with the integration of offices following new business acquisition into Group.


  • Leases

  • Liaise with solicitors on new / existing lease matters.
  • Assist with the opening and closing of offices including being prepared to travel to offices.
  • Work with Health and Safety Property Officer to ensure that all offices have M&E maintenance contracts in place and that any required remedial actions are carried out.
  • Provide assistance with audit and tender questionnaires.

Key Experience / Skills:


  • Demonstrable knowledge of property leases and facilities
  • Ideally have experience in facilities
  • Excellent stakeholder management engagement
  • Strong attention to detail

Person Specification:


  • Adaptable with the tenacity to get things done.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to deliver updates in a range of styles and formats to various levels in the organisation and externally.
  • Must have a reasonable approach to balancing business objectives with property requirements.
  • Well organised, focussed with strong attention to detail.
  • Must be selfstarting, able to define and drive deliverables through to completion.
  • Continually strives to improve themselves and those around them.
