    Senior Learning & Development Partner - Performance & Succession

    The Senior Learning & Development Partner - Performance & Succession defines and drives the global performance strategy, talent management initiatives, and employee development at NTT GDC. This role ensures succession planning and retention efforts align with business needs and industry trends.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and implement initiatives promoting talent identification, employee development, engagement, high performance, and long-term retention.
    • Implement a global performance management strategy ensuring employee development aligns with business needs and industry trends.
    • Develop Talent Reviews to identify talent and drive development and retention programs.
    • Establish a succession planning framework building a strong talent pipeline for business continuity and leadership readiness.
    • Collaborate with Total Rewards and HR Business Partners to align global performance systems with business objectives driving high performance. Ensure consistency in performance evaluations using standardized tools and criteria.

    Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year (estimated)
