24 Hours per week to be worked as rotating shifts - 8 x 12 hour shifts over 4 weeks covering 7 days a week.

An opportunity has arisen to work as part of the team of Patient Transport Service (PTS) Dispatchers, working in a busy Emergency Operations Centre your main responsibilities will be

To receive and process transport requests

To achieve effective planning and resourcing for Patient Transport Services

To maintain effective/fluent communications with all contractual agencies and Patient Transport Services staff

Clerical duties relevant to the effective operation of the Patient Transport Services

- **Be responsible for the collation and reporting of reports as required and determined by the Patient Transport Services manager.
