Reed Property & Construction have a great opportunity for someone to join our Clients growing team based in Crawley.


They are looking for people with experience as a Handyman, skilled labourer, welder, fabricator, Engineering, assembly or maintenance professional who possess a good head for heights, an appreciation of health & safety and safe working practices, who theycan train to be installers of a range of fall protection and safety systems.

They have also had success with training ex-military personnel to becoming successful installers.


The Company have been established for nearly 40 years and are an industry leader in providing safety systems for people who are working at height.

Their products are truly life saving and their reputation in the business is second to none.


They are aware that they are unlikely to find anyone who is experienced in this industry and provide full training detailing their systems, installation and health & Safety etc.

Additionally they will provide training on working at heights, risk assessments,CoSHH, PPE and first aid and will continue to supply training and development throughout your time at the Company and will assist you in achieving an industry NVQ qualification.


You will be dealing with Clients at their location, detailing the work, advising of any disruptions or issues as they arise and ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved.


It is essential that you have a good appreciation of health & safety and you can work in a safe, accurate and effective manner.


The Company like to promote from within and their are career paths available within the Company giving the opportunity to progress.

Salary is £26,000 - £28,000 plus related package which increases once qualified


It is essential that you have a full UK driving licence and are able to get to their depot in Crawley every morning.
