We are looking for an enthusiastic kitchen assistant to join our team here at Abbotsford Care Home.

Some of your duties will include:

To assist where necessary with the day-to-day management of the kitchen.
To assist with the preparation of food making sandwiches and baking cakes.
To assist the Cook in ensuring that the hygiene standards within the kitchen meet local Environmental Health Department requirements.
To assist the Cook to ensure the wellbeing and safe keeping of all kitchen equipment and utensils.
To set tables and trays, serve meals, tidy and clear the dining room.
To carry out record keeping as necessary.
Washing up duties as required.
To take instruction from Cook

x2 Shifts, working every other weekend.

7:30am to 6:30pm

Part-time

Part-time hours: 21 per week

Salary:
£9.50 per hour
