PORTAL SERVICES ANALYST - 9 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT

Role Overview
This is an excellent opportunity to help industrialise our market leading Portal Services team within Pinsent Masons.


Technology Services is on a mission to revolutionise the way we are seen across the firm by working as one team to consistently meet or exceed client expectations; delivering pragmatic and quality solutions to the business; and enhancing our people, processes,and technology.


We'd love to speak to you if you've got an interest in developing your technical skills in the legal technology space, and you have a good knowledge of the current challenges facing the legal market and how legal technology is being applied to address suchchallenges.

You will have a willingness to follow documented processes with a strong attention to detail.

  • Experience of reporting against KPI's and complying with processes preferably within professional services is desirable.
  • Experience within product service delivery is desirable (particularly in a professional services context).
  • A good understanding of either HighQ, Sharepoint Online or both is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience of data migration and data cleansing databases.
  • Working in a professional services environment.
  • Fluency in languages spoken in any of our international offices is desirable.
