Administrative Support Assistant
This going to a very busy role but one that comes with excellent training. You will be providing admin support to the Product Manager in a lively team of 10.


Summary/Objective:


To assist with the coordination of supplier design registrations,samples,cross reference opportunities and special price requests within the franchise division and build/maintain a strong relationship with these suppliers.

Administration of internal ERP system Infor and CRM tool ZOHO. (training given)


Key Responsibilities:


  • The coordination of samples for BDM's/Customers/Sales teams by liaising with the relevant suppliers.
  • To follow through to ensure design registration is made for these sampled projects and to manage the online projects log ensuring design registration numbers are submitted.
  • To support Sales and the Product Team with special quotes required from the relevant suppliers and support on usage of supplier price lists.
  • Assist with the monthly internal reports,POS reports to suppliers.
  • Maintain internal Franchise documentation.
  • To work with the Sales teams to research customers for key end marketing initiatives supporting new/key lines.
  • Develop relationships with supplier'sfactory representatives to achieve most favored status.
