Job Description:

Recruit UK is working with a market leading financial planning firm based in Birmingham, dedicated to providing their clients with exceptional financial advice and support.

Due to their continued growth, they are now currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join their team as an IFA Administrator.

Responsibilities:

Updating the CRM and ensuring this is compliant
Processing new business
Assist with quotations and illustrations
Point of contact for client enquiries
Use of intelligent office to perform backoffice duties
Preparing meeting packs

Skills and experience required:

Previous experience as a Financial Planning Administrator
Ability to use all Microsoft software
Word/Excel/Outlook
Excellent communication skills
Strong organisational skills
General administration skills
Client liaison
