Senior Medical Copywriter


A leading MedComms agency that transforms healthcare marketing and communications into healthcare engagement is looking for a midweight Medical Copywriter to join their creative team.

The Agency


The agency combines scientific rigour with creativity to communicate with HCPs in the health and wellness space, working across a mix of work including aesthetics, supplements, and fertility, endocrinology, dermatology, and oncology.

Their strong ethos isprominent, and their intimate team works closely together, with the backing of being a part of a larger group.

The Role


As a Medical Copywriter, you will be working in collaboration with other members of the Creative department to develop communications using your medical knowledge.

Your overall aim will be to translate complex scientific information into impactful and compellingstories/ sales messages.

You will also research/analyse data and write accurately for a wide range of marketing materials, while cultivating a tonally flexible writing style that is adaptable to different target audiences.


Your responsibilities will be varied but will include:

  • Work across a mix of online and offline content, such as detail aids, leave pieces, mailers, websites, film/animation scripts, exhibition stands, etc.
  • Work with other teams such as accounts/ strategy to help develop proposals and pitches and inform strategic approaches, brand planning and the formulation of idea briefs
  • Conduct field or desk research as necessary to validate and/or challenge the above
  • Meet deadlines
