On our degree apprenticeship programme, you will learn the skills to become a successful Chartered Surveyor with a fantastic range of future career options ahead of you.

With the current levels development within our property portfolio across the UK, there could not be a more exciting time to join us and following successful completion of your apprenticeship you will be offered a permanent role, with one of the best rental equipment providers in the industry.

You will work at our central Support Office where you will learn to:

  • Support our Property Team and Estates Manager to develop the company property transformational network plans
  • Assist with all aspects of our Estate Management throughout the UK, ensuring functionality, comfort, safety, compliance and efficiency
  • Understand the requirements of lease renewals, rent reviews, service charge appeals, rate appeals and the overall property strategy of the company
  • Provide advice on property acquisitions and disposals, and Landlord/Tenant issues
  • Perform data administration and reporting in relation to our intelligent real estate and facilities management software solution (IBM TRIRIGA) to provide greater visibility of capital projects, lease administration and accounting
  • Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders and their teams by providing reliable, accurate and professionallysound property advice
  • Expand your team working skills with your colleagues and the wider Sunbelt Rentals team
  • Manage multiple tasks and deadlines as part of a varied workday in a fastpaced operational environment
We'll provide you with a comprehensive company induction, role-specific training, and apprenticeship support.

You will become a part of a larger apprentice cohort where you will be able to form lifelong relationships and engage in a wider support network.

We'll also support your personal growth and development in line with your Sunbelt Rentals career aspirations. In addition to your apprenticeship training, you will attend in-house courses to expand your product knowledge and skills.


Apprenticeship Training
You will be completing a level 6 Chartered Surveyor Degree Apprenticeship Standard (Real Estate Pathway).

This will be delivered using a combination of:

  • Workplace experience to gain practical skills
  • Guidance and training from an experienced and qualified workplace mentor
  • Industry recognised training leading to an apprenticeship qualification. You will attend sessions at the University of Salford one day per week from September. The duration of the apprenticeship training will be 60 months, with additional time required to complete the End Point Assessment, gaining full qualification and RICS accreditation

  • The ability to commute and attend university in Salford one day per week
  • The ability to work from our office in Warrington when not at university
  • An understanding that some travel and visits to additional company sites within the UK will be a requirement as part of the role
  • A minimum of five GCSEs or equivalent at Grade 4 or above including Maths and English
  • Alevel or level 3 BTEC qualifications at a minimum level of 104 UCAS points
