Are you an experienced and meticulous planner with a knack for managing contracts? Are you passionate about ensuring smooth project execution and maximizing operational efficiency?


Artis Procurement, Purchasing and Supply Chain are pleased to be partnering with this growing and successful organisation in their search Contract Project Planner to join their dynamic team.

As a Contract Project Planner, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing all aspects of contract management, from initial planning to final execution.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual obligations.


Contract Project Planner Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive contract plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and negotiate terms and conditions.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of contract documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Monitor contract performance, identify potential issues, and proactively propose solutions to mitigate risks and achieve project objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, such as procurement, legal, and finance, to facilitate smooth contract execution.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of contract milestones, deliverables, and payments.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders regarding contract status, progress, and any deviations from the original plan.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to contract management and implement improvements as necessary.

Contract Project Planner Experience:

  • Experience in contract planning, project management, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of contract management principles and negotiation techniques.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
