Who are we?
We are the UK's No1 Waste Handling Systems Provider.


What do we Manufacture?


Our Waste Products range from balers, both vertical and horizontal balers, static to portable compactors, food waste disposal units, waste transfer stations, material recycling facilities (MRF's), bins and bin equipment and a variety of specialist bespoke waste handling systems supplied from its purpose-built factory in Preston.


What are we looking for?

Duties will include:


  • Chasing overdue debts for 3 companies (main duty)
  • Allocating Receipts
  • Bank recs
  • Print & file Remittances.
  • Credit checks / Monitor credit limits / Open new accounts
  • Controlling the aged debtors report with commentaries + reporting issues
  • Keep appropriate records of customer interactions.
  • Improving backlogs/chasing old debts
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure queries dealt with swiftly.
  • Knowledge of entering invoices & credits
  • Open mail & distribute mail for all companies.
  • Check expense claims.
  • Check fuel cards.
  • Assisting in month end processes
  • Any other additional duties within accounts department

Your profile:


  • Previous experience working within Sales Ledger & Credit Control
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Credit Control
  • Excellent communication skills and able to build rapport quickly with key customers.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, experience working with Datafile would be an advantage.
  • Methodical with ability to organise and prioritize.
  • Adaptable and willing to support finance & be a team player.
  • High level of integrity
  • Be focused, show initiative and have a good attention to detail.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail with good numeracy skills.
  • Support FC/CEO with ad hoc duties


  • Working Hours: Monday

  • Friday 9am 5:00pm
  • Parking on site
