Ambrosia quality food is looking to recruit a full - time (or part - time) Sales Administrator to work within a small and friendly team.
We supply fresh and frozen traditional Greek food throughout the United Kingdom.Keeping our customers happy and satisfied is our main objective, we aim to please
Responsibilities/Duties
- Creating orders
- Raising invoices will be a core activity (training will be provided)
- Order management entering orders into the system and keeping track of them, ensuring we meet delivery deadlines
- Arranging product samples to be sent to clients as requested
Skills and Qualifications
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent organisation and negotiation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Customer service skills, 1 year of administrative experience would be beneficial
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Exposure to Quick Books software is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in a fastpaced environment
- Both English and Greek language is essential
- Parttime or parttime late shift is also considered._
Salary:
£20, £24,000.00 per year.
