Job Overview

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Working closely with the Head of Operations and Warehouse Manager ensuring correct event equipment is taken to and collected from site
Working with the Warehouse Manager to determine status of event equipment on return from an event
Understanding and utilization of our asset management system in liaison with the Warehouse Manager and Operations Assistant
Quality management of all processes status of event kit and client equipment
Day to day health and safety management of events liaising with the Head of Operations on any gaps or any issues
Ownership of event set up Reporting and general office administration
A full UK valid driving license will be essential
You must be prepared to work regular unsocial hours including, overnights away from home and at weekends as and when required
