Your tasks:


  • You'll be dealing with all things payroll, from the initial processing of timesheets and T & A data, through to posting the finalised payroll. It's a busy role where you'll also be responsible for managing and maintaining employee payroll data, statutory compliance with HMRC and company policies whilst keeping core stakeholders abreast with the employee information they need to know. We are not afraid to admit that our environment is a demanding one, and therefore a level of personal resilience and the ability to work under pressure is essential.

Your Profile:


  • You should possess 4 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C/4 or above including maths and english, and Charter Institute of Payroll Professionals qualification is desireable. Significant experience in leading / processing payroll is essential along with significant experience in using SAP/Success Factors. You should also have working knowledge of payroll, taxation, pension legislation, have excellent attention to detail, especially when working under pressure and have the ability to work within a busy environment. You will be working with sensitive data so discretion and ability to handle confidential information is required, and some knowledge of HR practices is desirable
