My client based in Thame is looking for a Paint Sprayer on a permanent, full-time basis.

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing components ready for spraying.
Selecting, matching and mixing paint.
Carrying out quality checks.
Cleaning and maintaining the spray booth and spray equipment.
General workshop and yard maintenance.
Unloading and loading truck deliveries.
Replenishing consumables etc.
Any further ad hoc duties as required.
Previous paint spraying experience.

Working hours are 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

However, the role does include occasional overtime at 1.5x Monday to Saturday and 2 x on Sundays and bank holidays.

Company bonus scheme which last year was 2K.

Salary around 30K depending on experience.
