Up to £65,000

An opportunity to work with a team to understand key business issues relating to customers, markets, products and channels.

You'll be part of the full analytics life cycle, using quantitative analytics skills to understand performance trends, commercialopportunities and risks.


THE COMPANY
We've partnered with one of the worlds leading, most respected financial institutions as they hunt for a Customer Data Scientist to join their team


THE ROLE

  • Understand customer behaviour and financial performance help drive key strategic initiatives
  • Use data to generate insights to answer business problems and questions
  • Contribute to the design, test and build of complex information to identify links between customer behaviour and business opportunities
  • Communicate the findings of analysis in meetings with senior stakeholders and in visuallycompelling presentations
  • Help identify and understand customer needs by designing tests, delivery campaigns and reviewing performance to ensure campaigns are executed effectively

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strong experience with SQL/Python/SAS
  • Experience in using data to build strategies to drive commercial outcomes
  • Experience in doing data analysis and making recommendations from data
  • Experience with segmentation/clustering is advantageous
