Ormiston Park Academy are thrilled to present the opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Principal to join our dynamic team.

As Assistant Principal, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic leadership and management of the academy.

Working closely with the Principal, you will help drive our mission to provide outstanding education and foster a culture of high expectations and continuous improvement.

Ormiston Park Academy is part of the Ormiston Academies Trust, giving staff access to a wide network of support and all the additional benefits being part of a large trust bring.


Ormiston Park Academy is a small (710) but growing and highly aspirational co-educational secondary school based in Aveley, Essex, for students aged 11-19.
