Description

The role is ideal for full time tutors, retired teachers or tutors who have daytime availability.

Responsibilities:

Must be able to offer f2f lessons
:


  • Communicate effectively with students to understand their learning needs and goals
  • Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to each student's individual needs and learning style
  • Utilize specialized techniques for working with students with special education needs or preschoolaged children
  • Create a positive and engaging learning environment that promotes student participation and motivation
  • Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies as needed

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with students or children in an educational setting
  • Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
  • Experience with
    SEN students
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other educators, parents, and support staff

Note:
A degree in a related field is required. Relevant experience and a passion for working with children are highly valued.
