About Our Client:


  • Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust provides NHS hospital services for around 900,000 people across Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey and south Buckinghamshire.

Key responsibilities:

  • To work unsupervised and accurately under pressure, prioritising own workload to meet strict deadlines.
  • Acting as first point of contact for the Executive Director(s), dealing with enquiries or problems in a professional manner with diplomacy and expertise.
  • To plan and manage the Executive Director(s) diaries, ensuring their time is utilised to full effect and ensuring that internal and external meetings are robustly organised, using own judgement when dealing with the allocation of appointments, resolving conflicting appointments and ensuring all needs in respect of the appointments are provided.
  • Act as the point of contact, dealing and responding effectively with queries and passing on relevant information sensitively and autonomously
  • Manage and prioritise all incoming and outgoing correspondence, assessing the impact and risk of and initiating responses. Drafting where appropriate, always demonstrating high levels of precision, discretion, and confidentiality, whilst ensuring responses to deadlines are met.

  • Developing and maintaining constructive relationships with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Coordination of recruitment activities on behalf of the Executive Director(s) as required.
  • Updating, maintaining, organising, gathering, and analysing information to predict/meet future organisational and team needs by identifying best professional practice.
  • Providing coordination of and participating in relevant meetings, reporting attendance, and providing information advice and support where needed.
  • Participating in relevant internal and external working groups/projects, services, and initiatives which may be highly complex, sensitive, political, and contain contentious information with the aim of providing information and analytical advice to the teams
  • Be assertive, confident, courteous and be able to handle a range of issues with diplomacy, discretion, and a cando attitude.
