Description

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and provide assistance to callers
  • Direct calls to the appropriate departments or individuals
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of phone conversations and messages
  • Assist with patient registration and scheduling appointments
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth operations

Experience:


  • Previous experience working with phone systems is preferred
  • Familiarity with emergency room (ER) procedures and protocols is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle stressful situations calmly

Salary:
£35.52-£91.97 per hour
