IT Application Support Analyst (Dynamics CRM) - Remote - £35,000


Pearson Carter are working with an established End User, who are recruiting for a IT Application Support Analyst to join their growing team.


This is an excellent opportunity for the successful to train and develop their current skillset, with a valuable progression route.


Responsibilities:


  • 2nd line support role Dynamics 365 and Microsoft technologies
  • Work alongside 1st line support
  • Communicate competently with customers

Experience:


  • D365 experience
  • 2+ years working a similar role
  • SQL, SSRS and SharePoint experience preferred

Salary:


This role offers a salary up to £35,000 based on experience, plus an attractive benefits package including a performance based bonus, 5% pension, healthcare and 27 days a/l.


Location:

The client is working to a remote model, with travel to their Southampton office once per month.
