We are a UK based, full fibre provider that is rolling out a new 1 gigabit per second broadband network to homes and businesses across the UK.

With an average broadband speed of 64mbps, the UK is ranked amongst the lowest in Europe for its poor internet connectivity and we are here to change this by delivering a BetterNet.

We are a start-up team of innovative, agile and driven individuals, looking to scale-up and achieve our ambitious plan to connect a million homes in the UK to our gigabit network.

About the Role

As a Designer at brsk, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and elevating our brand identity and delivering captivating designs across various platforms.

From advertising campaigns to branded collateral and everything in between, your work will be crucial in establishing and maintaining a strong visual presence for brsk.

Your role will involve the following aspects:

Branding and Identity:

Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling brand visuals that resonate with our target audience and embody the essence of brsk's values and mission.

Advertising Design:

Develop attention-grabbing ideas, visuals and graphics for online and offline advertising campaigns, including social media, display ads, print material, and outdoor marketing.

UX/UI Design:
Assist in crafting user-centric designs for brsk's digital properties.

Desktop Publishing (DTP): Handle DTP tasks to ensure the accurate and professional print outputs.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and development, to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional design solutions.

Trends and Innovation:

Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry advancements, and emerging technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to brsk's design approach.

About you
We are seeking a talented, ambitious, creative and meticulous Designer to join our dynamic and fast-paced marketing team.

We are looking for somene who has proven experience as a Designer with a portfolio showcasing expertise in advertising, branding and communication design.

You will have a passion for creativity, innovation, and problem-solving through design as.

As a strong collaborator you will have excellent communication skills as well as strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

You will have a strong proficiency in industry-standard design software: Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign as well as demonstrated experience in both print and digital design, with a keen eye for detail and typography and have the ability to prepare files for print production.

A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields would be good too

Please note this office is home based and you will primarily work from home. As a team we do like to get together a couple of times during the month as well as join wider brsk company events so some travel will be required each month.

Salary - upto £35k DOE
