Saturday Receptionist with a unique blend of experience in dental nursing and, ideally, dental reception or treatment coordination.

Your Role

As the Saturday Receptionist at FDC, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, offering a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth, efficient service.

Your background in dental nursing will be invaluable in understanding patient needs and facilitating effective communication between patients and dental professionals.

Responsibilities include managing appointments, handling enquiries, maintaining patient records, and providing administrative support to ensure the seamless operation of our clinic.

We're Looking for Someone Who

Possesses dental nursing experience, providing a solid foundation in the dental field.

• Has
  experience in dental reception or as a treatment coordinator (ideal but not essential).
• Is available to work
  every Saturday from 9am to 4pm.
• Demonstrates
  excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide a friendly and professional service.
• Shows
  strong organisational skills, ensuring efficient clinic operations.
• Is
  proactive and patientfocused, enhancing the patient experience at every opportunity.
