Accounts Administrator

  • Ballymena
  • Maternity Contract£25,000 per annum
Reed Recruitment is delighted to be working with a very well-known organisation based in the Ballymena Area.

Our client has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis to cover a period of maternity.

Working within a beautiful setting, and within an established and supportive team, the successful applicant will be responsible for completing the following daily duties:

  • Assisting with Collection VAT returns
  • Assisting Accounts Payable with maintaining our procurement system across the Collection, including payments and reconciliations
  • Providing holiday cover for sales invoicing across the Collection
  • Posting nominal links and holiday accruals across the Collection
  • Collection credit card analysis
  • Assisting with routine reconciliations
  • Ad hoc duties associated with a busy accounts department

The Person:

  • Will have a minimum of 2 years' experience within a similar role
  • Will have excellent attention to detail
  • Process strong communication skills
Hours of work

  • Monday
  • Friday 9am5pm, office based
