Accounts Administrator- Ballymena
- Maternity Contract£25,000 per annum
Our client has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis to cover a period of maternity.
Working within a beautiful setting, and within an established and supportive team, the successful applicant will be responsible for completing the following daily duties:- Assisting with Collection VAT returns
- Assisting Accounts Payable with maintaining our procurement system across the Collection, including payments and reconciliations
- Providing holiday cover for sales invoicing across the Collection
- Posting nominal links and holiday accruals across the Collection
- Collection credit card analysis
- Assisting with routine reconciliations
- Ad hoc duties associated with a busy accounts department
The Person:
- Will have a minimum of 2 years' experience within a similar role
- Will have excellent attention to detail
- Process strong communication skills
- Monday
- Friday 9am5pm, office based
