Desktop Support Analyst

Global Law Firm

Permanent role paying circa £40k-£43k
Are you a 2nd Line Support Analyst with legal experience?

Are you looking for an exciting new role that offers flexible hybrid working?


Responsibilities:


  • Provide 2nd line technical support, ensuring all issues are documented and resolved
  • Deal with remote escalations from the helpdesk
  • Work with the team to manage all local hardware assets and assist with hardware upgrades and tracking
  • MDM / Laptop rollout projects

Essential Skills and experience:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a desktop support role.
  • Must have experience of working in a law firm.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, printers, AV and laptops.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
