As a business we are experiencing growth through delivering additional revenue streams and we have a requirement for a Multi Skilled Operative in the Liverpool area.

The Role
We require a Multi Skilled Operative to join our team and complete a variety of works, these can vary day to day depending on schedules and customer requirements, some of the work streams include:

Grounds Maintenance
Grass cutting, strimming, Hedge cutting, landscaping
External Clearances
Deep Cleaning
Property Cleans
Property Clearances
Pest Control
Sharps Removal
Jet Washing
Temporary Alarm Installations
Temporary Security Installations

Start Date - Immediate Start

Job Hours and Working Environment
The role requirement standard hours are 8:00 to 16:30. Monday to Friday totalling 40 hours per week.

However, duties may involve working additional hours if required, although this would always be pre agreed with your line manager.

Due to the nature of our business the position will involve heavy lifting, working outdoors occasionally, working in properties that may have been empty for a period of time.
