We are a well renowned, preloved, luxury fashion off and on-line store, with a loyal audience of followers, both within and outside the UK.

Based in our shop in St. John's Wood, London, we are looking for someone to sell, work and campaign, across all channels.

• Can do 'live and recorded' selling sessions of stock held instore.
• Knowledge on the world's most famous, luxury brands and ability to source information enabling you to create videos and blog style photographs.
• The ability to interact, educate and help grow the number of our followers.
• Creative and able to work on own initiative.

The right person should be able to work with-in a small team, be well groomed and presentable. Fluent in speaking and writing English is an absolute must.

Engage with other appropriate fashion influencers across social channels that can assist in brand exposure and further build brand and traffic to the website (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube etc.).

• Manage customer feedback and handle all queries for social customer service created on social account platforms, promoting excellent customer experiences.
• Able to work and manage your own workload and ensure deadlines are met.

You will be working directly with the Social Media Model & Content Creator and Store Manager.


Salary:
£20k plus per annum pro rata
