- Own and deliver sales targets for Software and Professional Services.
- Create and execute a business plan to identify and convert new partner opportunities.
- Build and manage relationships with all Vendors and Partners.
- Actively prospect for new partners, nurturing them through the onboarding and enablement process.
- Expand existing partner revenue through cross-sell, upsell, and services growth initiatives.
- Track performance and pipeline activity to ensure consistent delivery against objectives.
- Manage a portfolio of active partners to achieve revenue growth and retention goals.
- Conduct regular partner business reviews to assess pipeline, performance, and enablement needs.
- Support partners in developing and executing go-to-market plans with key vendors.
- Maintain a deep understanding of each partner's business model, challenges, and goals.
- Represent Konekt professionally at partner events, training sessions, and industry forums.
- Work closely with Konekt's Business Operations Managers to drive campaigns, promotions, and enablement programmes.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships to secure joint marketing support, funding, and resources.
- Provide feedback to vendors on market trends, partner performance, and opportunity areas.
- Leverage vendor programmes and incentives to maximise partner engagement and profitability.
- Manage accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and CRM updates.
- Ensure commercial agreements, quotations, and renewals are completed accurately and on time.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends and inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Operations, Finance, Customer Support) to ensure seamless customer experience from opportunity to delivery.

This sales role is focused on acquiring new partners, deepening relationships with existing ones, and achieving revenue and margin targets. BDMs are trusted to independently manage their pipeline and partner engagements, using their judgement to drive results and represent Konekt in all interactions.
