WHAT YOU'LL DO:

You'll work with senior leaders to keep track of our project portfolio, prioritize the pipeline of new projects, put together project teams, and financial tracking of the team's overall budget.

You will work with project managers to set up the timelines and budgets for specific projects, then check in regularly on their progress.

You will also collect and share the best ideas to keep improving our project management communications, processes, and tools.

And you will support the broader team by onboarding new team members and acting as administrator for software tools such as Slack and Meisterplan.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS):

5+years' experience in project management, portfolio management, capacity planning, resource planning or a similar role
Completion of a businessrelated degree, including a basic understanding of finance and accounting
Familiarity with a range of software tools, such as Jira, Smartsheets, Trello, Meisterplan, and MS Project, as well as Slack, Egnyte, MS SharePoint and the MS Office suite
Experience having created, reported on, or managed a budget

YOU'LL WORK WITH:

You'll work with the Global Learning Experience Design & Operations Team, a virtual team of about 90 people located all over the world.
