Description
Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced and motivated IRO in Nottingham City County Council.


Our client is looking for a highly experienced Team Manager, ideally with strong experience managing a team within Assessment, however team management experience within any children's services will be considered.


Your daily responsibilities will include:


  • Consultation with social workers and team manager and area managers over child protection plans and CLA plans
  • Chairing CP and CLA reviews
  • Managing own diary and timescales
  • Advising on safeguarding practice and procedures
  • Giving advice to workers on practice and care plans
  • Dictating summaries and care plan
  • Making CP plans that are SMART
  • Keeping meetings child focused

Essential Requirements:


  • Social Work Qualification
  • Degree or equivalent
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Team Manager within children's services
  • Social Work England Registration
  • Driving license and access to own vehicle
