Description
We are currently recruiting for two graduate production trainees to join our team.

Each year we take on one or two graduate production trainees.

The programme runs for 18 months and provides a wide range of experiences within the production environment across our malting sites, alongside a structured training programme.

Trainees are given responsibility from day one and get an insight into many aspects of the business, spending about 6 months at each location across the UK, while learning the art of making high quality malt.
