Description
Responsibilities:
- Data entry for various clients and keeping on top of their records
- Maintain accurate and uptodate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payment and collection
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Prepare and file VAT Returns
- Assist with adhoc admin tasks when required
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Familiarity with financial statement preparation and analysis
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong analytical skills to identify discrepancies or trends in financial data
- Proficiency in Xero, Sage, Quickbooks or other accounting software preferable but not essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, Outlook
