Description

Responsibilities:

  • Data entry for various clients and keeping on top of their records
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payment and collection
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
  • Prepare and file VAT Returns
  • Assist with adhoc admin tasks when required

Skills:


  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Familiarity with financial statement preparation and analysis
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills to identify discrepancies or trends in financial data
  • Proficiency in Xero, Sage, Quickbooks or other accounting software preferable but not essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, Outlook
