Woo is a business born out of ITV's Studio 55 Venture in conjunction with Founders Intelligence, and is launched with a founding team of some of the most exciting names in youth media and ecommerce brands.


The role


The Woo Agency team connects consumer brands into the Woo ecosystem by building integrated campaigns incorporating creative, editorial, design, production and marketplace integration.


From Woo's launch in April 2022, we are establishing a number of client partners and are looking for an experienced project manager to drive our client service function and deliver the end-to-end commercial projects.


In this role you will be responsible for managing and building a small team of project managers and will be tasked with scaling up the team resources in line with commercial projects and retained clients.


You will work alongside our commercial team, and in partnership with all creative and production departments plus a wide range of suppliers to ensure successful planning, pricing, pitching and timely delivery of projects to clients.

An early stage member of the Woo Agency team, ensuring we deliver best-in
- class campaigns out of the gates.


Duties, responsibilities and deliverables:

Project management

  • Deliver bestinclass commercial campaigns
  • Oversee planning of all new brand projects, including budget and timeline management, resourcing and beyond.
  • Oversee execution of all new brand projects in partnership with internal departments, including but not limited to content production, editorial output, marketing, event management and marketplace integrations
  • Be the internal connective tissue between the studio team, publishing team and freelancers and client on commercial projects
  • Lead the setup of project management tools and processes
  • Lead internal project meetings, set agenda, follow up on action items to meet project deadlines.
  • Manage internal trafficking of creative through the pitching, planning and production process from inception to final client sign off
  • Develop production timelines and communicate to clients ensuring agreement and sign off.
  • Communicate production schedules to internal creative teams, updating where appropriate when changes occur.
  • Manage costs during production through regular reporting from the project team and updating of budget.
  • Preempt issues as they arise and deal with them effectively, ensuring mínimal impact on the client relationship.
  • Attend shoots and all production activity, and client update meetings, preparing relevant documentation and reports.
  • Manage creation of end of campaign reports and case studies
  • Archive all project budgets, contracts and assets
  • Reconcile project budget and report on financials to senior stakeholders.
  • Attend project close / debrief meeting
  • Be a brand guardian ensuing that content output is reflective of the brand
  • Any ad hoc duties as required by the team
Client Service

  • Manage the client relationships once the campaign has been sold and have an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Establish strong relationships with clients, to encourage trust and loyalty.
  • Keep clients informed and up to date on each stage of the development and production process
  • Deliver reporting, updates and upsell opportunities when appropriate
