Description
Fresco Environmental Ltd is a local waste management company operating within the North West region require a Transport/Customer Service Co-Ordinator to offer administrative support to the Transport/Customer Service Department in order to ensure that the departments continues to offer high levels of service.
Role and Responsibilities:
Maintain good relationships with customers and give a consistently positive image and aim to solve problems efficiently
Assisting Transport with the weighing in and off of HGV's and any associated paperwork
Completing the debrief sheets from Drivers
Responsible for logging and checking sub-contractor invoices and assist in the preparation of customer invoices. Requesting manual invoices with the correct paperwork if required.
Investigating credit requests and raising appropriate paperwork
Investigate customer invoice queries
Checks accuracy of own work/accuracy of data input
Flexible approach to business requirements and workloads
Thorough knowledge of MS Windows
Ability to take the initiative and suggest and implement improvements
A knowledge of the recycling/waste industry would be an advantage however, full training will be given
