Description

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute effective PPC strategies to increase brand awareness and drive online traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and campaign optimisation to maximise ROI.
  • Manage and optimise paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social media channels (Meta, Linkedin, TikTok, X, Pinterest).
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in paid media, adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align paid media efforts and visual ad assets with overall marketing objectives.
  • Conduct A/B testing and implement new features to improve campaign performance.
  • Create and implement triggers and tags within Google Tag Manager
  • Create custom reports in GA4, aligned to clients' KPIs and marketing objectives
  • Communicate with clients on a monthly or biweekly basis to give quick updates on performance and actions taken by our team that month
  • Work closely with the developers' team to ensure correct tracking setups
  • Research and develop successful targeted audiences
  • Keep yourself updated on changes within advertising platforms
  • Certify in all Google Ads courses and keep us on track within the Google Partner Programme
  • Create proposals and attend pitch meetings
  • Advise clients on feasible ad spend budgets and bidding strategies

Requirements:


  • Proven work experience as a Paid / PPC Executive or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of payperclick principles, techniques, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in PPC tools such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Centre, Meta Ads Manager, Linkedin Campaign Manager and similar platforms.
  • Solid understanding of keyword research and analysis methodologies.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website administration.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Resultsdriven mindset and ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Uptodate with the latest industry trends and algorithm changes.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred but not essential).

Salary:
£24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
