NPD Assistant

£25,000

Hybrid working - 2 days in the office per week
Are you passionate about all things beauty? Looking for a step into the beauty industry, working for a well-established, iconic brand?


Key Duties:


  • Act as support to the NPD team in developing products
  • Manage the critical path and project deadlines
  • Manage sample review and ensure stakeholders have new samples, as well as sending off benchmarks
  • Conduct analysis on competitor products
  • Keep abreast of emerging trends to inform the team of upcoming trends in the industry
  • Develop relationships with suppliers and partners

Key Requirements:


  • A passion for the Beauty industry
  • Great organisational skills
  • A driven and motivated personality
  • Strong MS office skills
