Damicor are currently recruiting for a Rail Competence & Training Manager for our well known client based at Heathrow Airport
Position Overview
Principle Accountabilities

  • Provide effective management and development to a team of training and competence
  • Subject matter expert input in to the continued availability of sufficient competent personal and resources, through the effective planning and delivery of training, and development activities in conjunction with Rail Managers.
  • Ensure training and competence is maintained through the effective implementation of a training and competence system.
  • Define and deliver a key measurement criteria for the achievement of activities against targets, taking intervention action as appropriate to achieve a safe and consistent standard of competence. Provide direction and support to Heathrow Rail Managers toeffectively monitor, manage and develop the performance of individuals to ensure standards are consistently achieved.
