Protocol Education are currently working with schools across Westminster who are looking for the best ECT's to join them.

For the best ECT's, our partner schools will often support your ECT years following a successful placement.


This is an excellent opportunity for newly qualified teachers or those in the early stages of their teaching career to gain valuable experience, receive support, and make a positive impact on students' lives.


This is a good oppurtunity to work in a range of different Primary schools and build on the experience gained during your placements.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons to students, fostering a love for learning.
  • Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students and promote their academic progress.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment, where all students feel supported and encouraged.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and school leaders to plan and implement schemes of work and assessments.
  • Provide constructive feedback and assessments to support students' learning and development.
  • Embrace opportunities for continuous professional development and personal growth.

Requirements:


  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, or currently completing teacher training.
  • Passion for teaching and making a positive impact on students' educational journey.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage classroom behavior and create a conducive learning environment.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
