We are recruiting for a
Business Development Advisor to join a well respected and market leader based in Milton Keynes.

This is a hybrid role, however, you
MUST be office based two days a week. This is a full-time position, offering 37 hours a week.


The role will include:


  • Supporting the business telemarketing team by calling and engaging prospective leads, building relationships with key stakeholders and generating marketing qualified opportunities. This is not a cold calling position, the leads will be prequalified.
  • Completing outbound calls.
  • Utilising CRM systems, recording notes, and completing follow up's.
  • Working to deadlines, targets and KPI's.
  • Working closely with core internal teams including internal sales, accounts, customer service team and senior management.
  • Handling business enquires.

Requirements:


  • 13 years' experience in customer service or telemarketing role in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting targets.
  • Experience with telemarketing or CRM systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results driven and motivated by achieving targets.
  • Efficient and accurate typing skills.
  • Minimum GCSE Maths and English Grade C or equivalent.
