We are recruiting for a
Business Development Advisor to join a well respected and market leader based in Milton Keynes.
MUST be office based two days a week. This is a full-time position, offering 37 hours a week.
The role will include:
- Supporting the business telemarketing team by calling and engaging prospective leads, building relationships with key stakeholders and generating marketing qualified opportunities. This is not a cold calling position, the leads will be prequalified.
- Completing outbound calls.
- Utilising CRM systems, recording notes, and completing follow up's.
- Working to deadlines, targets and KPI's.
- Working closely with core internal teams including internal sales, accounts, customer service team and senior management.
- Handling business enquires.
Requirements:
- 13 years' experience in customer service or telemarketing role in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting targets.
- Experience with telemarketing or CRM systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Results driven and motivated by achieving targets.
- Efficient and accurate typing skills.
- Minimum GCSE Maths and English Grade C or equivalent.
